Bank Andara as a foreign private commercial bank, pioneering financial partner of the Indonesia microfinance sector, is looking for qualified Indonesian IT professionals for long term consulting assignments and employment for systems development, training and implementation. All positions are based in Jakarta and require strong English language and computer skills. The positions, qualifications and requirements are:

IT Project Managers

• Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Computer System Engineering Degree or related field;
• Minimum 5 (years) years experience as Project Manager (preferably with IT Banking and Financial Institution)
• Able to use Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated experience in providing administrative leadership and stewardship for large-scale implementation
• Self-motivated, strong leadership able to manage team with more than 5 people.
• Good in report writing (Indonesia and English)

IT Business Analyst Consultants

• Minimum S1 degree in relevant field (Commercial Bank and BPR)
• Minimum 5 years working in a professional environment
• At least three years experience working IT, preferably related to financial services activities (Bank or BPR)
• Knowledgeable to Banking product, such as Deposit, Loan, Saving and Remittance
• Demonstrated skill IT process mapping and user requirement definition
• Well developed ability to conceptualize, plan and implement a program creatively, as well as the ability to analyze data and utilize lessons learned for the continuous implementation and promote a culture of learning
• Strong range of computer skills and business process

IT Engineers and Trainers

• Minimum S1 degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years working in a professional environment
• At least three years experience working IT, preferably related to financial services activities
• Demonstrated skill at client training in IT system implementation and
• Strong range of computer skills
