MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (MT)
The Management Trainee Program involves high level and comprehensive trainings and on the job project managements which allow the MT to develop his/her conceptual and practical business management skills.

Requirements:

• Male / female; between 22 – 25 years of age
• S1 graduation from Economy Management / Accounting with minimum IPK 3,00; preferably having 1 years working experience in any industries (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player with potential leadership
• Computer Literate
• Able to work under pressure and dealing with tight schedule
