Mining Production Group Leader
Responsibilities:
* Supervising subordinates based on Mine Plan to achieve a higher productivity.
* Controlling subordinate’s activity
* Analyzing and Reporting daily achievement
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least an Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
* Minimum GPA score 2.75
* Age between 27-35 years old
* At least 4 yeas of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering – Others or equivalent.
* Have a Strong Leadership skill
* Have Strong Analytical thinking
* English Literate
* Computer Literate
* Willing to be placed in all company job locations
