NON-SALES FUNCTIONS
Senior Manager – Pension Operation (PO)
This position will be resposible to develop and implement business strategies to increase the quantity, quality and productivity of the pension staff; motivate pension sates to represent the company in a productive and professional manner; set budgets, manage and control all the expenses associated with pension distribution; pursue the concept of quality service and ethical selling through company and regulator compliance initiatives, guidelines and programs.

Supervisor – Pension Administration (PA)
This position will be responsible to ensure pension services deliver quality and timely services to both internal and external customers; study and review the operation procedures, system and practice; identify issues and develop effective ways inane with company and regulatory policy. Having knowledge of insurance especially in Pension regulation and administration is an additional point.

Supervisor – Employee Benefit Business Development (EBBD)
This position will be responsible to implement and coordinate companywide business development program; research and analyze existing or prospective customer trends within the framework of a business development program; direct, plan and analyze statistics pertinent to the company’s business development program and make
recommendations or suggestions as appropriate.

Supervisor – Employee Benefit Sales Coordinator (EBSC)
This position will be responsible to provide ongoing support to high value clients by implementing the business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new brand awareness; retain long-term customer relationships with established clients; serve as a liaison between clients and company departments; recommend products and services that fit wet[ with clients’ business needs.

Supervisor – Accident & Health Sales Marketing Support (SMS)
This position will be responsible to develop sates plans and coordinate marketing strategies for Accident and Health product; Lead, direct, evaluate products to pursue prospects, offer solutions and achieve sates targets.

Supervisor – Business Analyst (BA)
This position will be responsible to collect data from a[[ departments, including sates production as input to management, and may provide initial interpretation and analysis of the data.

Supervisor – Claim Analyst (CA)
This position will be responsible to evaluate, approve and make recommendations on payments of group and individual claims on specific limit of authority; prepare documents such as affidavits and undertakings necessary in the settlement of claims; assist in the investigation of doubtful or questionable claims. Having Medical degree is required

Supervisor – Policy Owner Service (POS)
This position will be responsible to coordinate the operation of daily activities arising from policy maintenance; ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations for the policy administrative services for fife products.

General Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable university
  • Working experience 2 to 8 years
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill both in Indonesia and English
  • Having good interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Assertive personality and a team player
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and tight deadlines
  • Having good initiative, planning and organization skills
  • Computer literate
