PERMITTING COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Responsibility:
To plan, establish, maintain and organize professional relations activities within the PTNPN teams, site operational team to the operational government institution at all level in order to identify any work programs, which may have an impacts or related to the government regulations and policies, coordinate the liaison officer to the specific operational department, providing data and documents for reporting as government inquiries Activities must be conducted in accordance with PTNPN standards, policies and procedures, and Indonesian Law while at the same time ensuring a high level of support service to user departments for goods database on correspondences, reports and consistent administration permitting chronological processes also applying an ethical, efficient, risk managed, consistent end cost effective approach at every stage of the process. Implementation and maintenance of varied initiatives to encourage and support the department work programs plus secondary cross functional support and oversight over the whole External Relations Department in support of the Permitting Managers role and objectives including acting as second in command In the absence of the Permitting Manager.

Qualification:

  • Degree in diploma from any discipline (social, economic, communication and law is desirable).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in external relations management (dealing with central government Institutions),
  • Sound understanding of relevant Indonesian business, legal system, company law, permitting, and government regulations on Mining Industries.
  • Well developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and self-motivation skits, discipline and ability to work as a team leader as well as a part of a team.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
  • Strong organizational skills, strong leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills.
