Graduate Traineeship Program
Our Graduate Traineeship Program focuses on recruiting the best early career talent to grow with our business. The trainees will be assigned to various departments within the Commercial or Operation departments to give the trainees opportunities to build network with each other, learn about departments’ functions, gain hard skills, and develop personally while adding value to the organization. Traineeship will commence on October 4th, 2010 with duration of program 1,5 years. Campus Recruitment Road show will be held on next July at Bandung, Bogor, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Jakarta.

Minimum Requirements

• S1/S2 degree from any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fluency in English
• Leadership potential and team-working abilities
• Open-minded and eager to gain hands-on experiences in all units within Departments.
• Willing to be assigned In any office or plants location In Indonesia.

This position is offered to students who graduated in 2009 & 2010 (also open for next October’s graduates).
