MI Indonesia invites application from qualified Indonesian citizens for this following position:
Program Assistant
A full time position for 3 years based in Jakarta, the successful candidate will:
• Undertake day to day administrative responsibilities
• Manage correspondence, including all incoming day to day mail, fax, file correspondence and other documents
• Organize and coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting minutes and internal reports
• Manage overall office documentation/filling system and assist in the preparation of all necessary document related to program activities, which include project approval document, grant agreement, consultancy contract, travel grant, maintain contracts database, etc
• Prepay payment request and financial statements and project/contract closures
• Assist in organizing national/international travel and workshop/seminars
• Liaise with project on the submission of technical and financial reports
Qualifications:
• A graduate degree from a recognized university
• At least 3 years of experience in management, finance and administration, accounting, communication, public health, nutrition/health or a related to an administration/management work
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
• Good computer skill (MS Office)
Period of contract of the above position is renewable based on performance and availability of funds
