We are a public company which operates in the Oil and gas field services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore drilling services to oil and gas producers and other related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling unit comprises submersible swamp barges, jack-up rigs and onshore drilling rigs.

We are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

Development & Recruitment Specialist

Objectives:

• Implement recruitment strategy and policy in order to obtain the best staff for company needs in accordance with the plan (timely, right quality and quantity).
• Coordinate all activities related to training and development to improve employee competency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Having 3 – 5 years of working experience in Recruitment field. Candidates who have oil & gas industry experience are preferable
• Having good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in People Development would be a plus
