Senior Corporate Permitting Compliance
PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals is a gold mining and exploration company, operating a COW on Halmahera Island, North Maluku. The company is a joint venture between Newcrest Mining Limited (82.5%) and PT Aneka Tambang (17.5%).
The company has vacant positions for Senior Corporate Permitting Compliance at Jakarta Office with working roster 5 days on and 2 days off.
The successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and experience:
Senior Corporate Permitting Compliance
- Minimum Bachelor degree and majoring in Law are preferable.
- 5 years experiences in Legal and Permitting Mining Industry.
- Responsible to Coordinate, Maintain and Establish the Permitting action Register and Operating Approvals System.
- Familiar with Mining Law and Mining Regulation, and Others Law & Reg (Forestry, Environmental, Public Work).
- Good Command of spoken and written English.
- Have Good interpersonal skill and team work.
- Presentation Skill and Computer Literate.
