Senior Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Participating in provide application framework, architecture, detailed design and software design document
- Contributes to end-user training
- Proactively identifies production system issues and develops solutions
- Communicates solution design to technical implementation teams (third party and in house). – Ensures quality of technical implementation
- Ensures technical implementation meets functional and non-functional requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields – At least 3 years experience in related fields
- Able to work as an individual and as a team
- Able to take on responsibility as well as being an active team player
- Willingness to learn and fast absorb new knowledge
- Strong personality and able to work under high pressure working environment and tight deadline – Good communication skills are essential
- Good analytical skills
- Strong algorithm skill
- Strong in Object Oriented design and programming
- Deep knowledge on Java and J2EE
- Deep knowledge on any one of the open source technology, e.g.: spring, hibernate, ibatis, velocity, etc – Eager to travel local or overseas for long term period
