PT. Mentari Timur Unggul is the Distributor for MTU engines for the territory of Indonesia and is based in Jakarta. Our market segment covers from marine, railway, on-site energy (generator sets) to defense. Our high speed diesel engines are proven to be the best in the world. We are currently embarking on an immense expansion project and are seeking outstanding and high caliber individuals (target sales oriented) to join our team in the following positions:

Technical Sales Manager/Sales engineer (senior level), email code: TSM

1. Male/Female max 40 years of age
2. Minimum S1 in engineering discipline (mechanical or naval is a plus)
3. Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in similar business involvement
4. Strong in marketing background and able to develop brand image, strategies and action plan. Proven record of sales team coordination and negotiation skills
5. Industry wide knowledge (comprehensive area of our markets) and willing to travel frequently all over Indonesia to tap market potentials

Marketing Executive, email code: ME

1. Female max 35 years of age
2. Minimum S1 degree (marketing and accounting background is a plus)
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in the position, preferably in similar business area
4. Willing to extensively travel, proven sales record, excellent negotiation skills, aggressive and

General Requirement:

• Fluency in English (Oral and Written), ACTIVE daily usage required.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 in all disciplines
