HEAD OF QA/QC

Summary of position & responsibilities:
a. Direct, plan, and control quality, documentation and certification activities of all projects and operations maintenance to ensure all policies, business process and decisions aligned with common business practices, PSC regulations and company s objectives and strategy
b. Coordinate the integration, alignment, economic and technical justification of project quality in term of cost, schedule, high quality, and business initiative and process from government institutions and PHE
c. Coordinate the development and monitoring activities of WP&B of quality management function, to ensure alignment with the business policies and objectives and PHE business process
d. Organize, control and evaluate project quality, covering implementation of quality management programs, major repair, upgrading and revamping in accordance with government policies and regulations
e. Coordinate integration and alignment of facility integrity improvement in line with Continuous Risk Reduction program and project maintenance to ensure safe operation and place for people working facilities
f. Control & evaluate strategy, policies and implementation of company s document control activities including MOC system
g. Provide project quality management and technical advice to other related parties
h. Plan, develop and coordinate the development of quality organizational capability including defining quality discipline/subject matters expert, culture and leadership to increase productivity and strengthen organization s capability
i. Coordinate, control and evaluate strategy, policies, and implementation of permit
j. Control the implementation of PHE WMO quality policies and regulations within project delivery
k. Control the implementation of HSSE regulations within QAQC to minimize any possible risk and to comply with company and government regulations

Qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
b. Minimum 12 years experience in operation of Oil & Gas industry, with supervisory level
c. Knowledgeable referring to Project and Construction Management, Project Quality Management, and CVP Process

HEAD OF DELIVERY

Summary of position & responsibilities:
a. Deliver facility package (platforms, subsea pipeline, and onshore site facilities) as a delegated Single Point Accountability within the framework of Project Capital Value Process
b. Accountable on Project Management function and implement the following processes, tools and best practices within the assigned projects (CVP, Commercial and Economic Assurance, Engineering Discipline Assurance, Project HSE Assurance, QAQC, Project Execution Plan, Risks and Opportunities Assessment, Cost Control, Schedule Control and Planning, Contracting Strategy, Contractor Selection and Performance Management)
c. Integrate project key and support resources to a performing Project Management Team
d. Implement appropriate risks and opportunities assessment in order to achieve what was promised in the project objectivities
e. Ensure integration and alignment of team members, both internal and Contractor, with project goals

Qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
b. Minimum 12 years experience in Oil & Gas facility
c. Must possess and extensive experience, judgment, and practical knowledge of engineering and project management principles
d. Familiar with SKSPMigas (Formerly known as BP Migas) standard guidelines and government regulation
e. Knowledgeable of PSC Economics
f. Familiar with Oil & Gas Process Operations

LEAD ENGINEER PROJECT

Summary of position & responsibilities:
a. Assist Manager Project in preparing the FE, Project Master Schedule and Scope of Work for inspections, engineering and project
b. Assist Manager Project in coordinating with other contractors during the project activities concerning to the project aspects (engineering, material/equipment, etc.)
c. Monitor project activities performed by contractors
d. Contact the government bodies who related to the project aspects
e. Prepare bid evaluation sheet management approval and forward to the government bodies concerned
f. Carries out any other task and assignment requested by Supervisor that related to this position

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Ocean Engineering
b. Minimum 7 years experience in Project Construction & Engineering in Oil & Gas industry
c. Familiar with code and standard in Oil & Gas industry
d. Familiar with Project Management, Oil & Gas Process Operations and Risk Assessment
e. Familiar with SKSPMigas (Formerly known as BP Migas) standard guidelines and government regulation

SUPERVISOR OF MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE (MOC) & TECHNICAL DOCUMENT CONTROL (TDC)

Summary of position & responsibilities:
a. Manage and maintain all company technical documents
b. Coordinate to update and validate all drawings, including as built drawing, MDR, etc.
c. Cooperate with IT to put critical document with online system
d. Provide assistance to operation and other team required technical documents
e. Endorse and maintain new technical document handed over from Project Activities
f. Create Technical Document Management System
g. Responsible as MOC Coordinator for all non inkind modifications
h. Monitor Management of Change (MOC) Pre-Implementation item completion, Implementation, and Close Out of MOC

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor Degree in any related majoring, preferably with Engineering background
b. 5 years related experience as Information System or Document Control in Oil & Gas Company
c. Familiar with IT Engineering, Document Control, Project Management, and Project Certification

TECHNICIAN TURBOMACHINERY

Summary of position & responsibilities:
a. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance all turbo machineries equipment, gas/diesel engine generator set (capacity higher than 250 KVA) either as per SAP schedule or not
b. Prepare daily working report and historical record of all turbo machineries equipment, gas/diesel generator set
c. Perform troubleshooting of all problems fast and accurately on all turbo machinery equipment, gas/diesel engine generator set to minimize down time and lost production
d. Perform daily condition monitoring to make sure the equipment running well
e. Initiates and ensures all Health, Safety and Environment aspects are implemented on all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance jobs performance, including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and PROPER

Qualifications:
a. Minimum D3 degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
b. 2 – 5 years experiences as a Turbo Machinery Technician in Oil and Gas Production fields, alignment between driver and driven, hydraulic/pneumatic system, ignition system, lubrication system, cooling system
c. Familiar with Oil & Gas Operations especially specifically at Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

ENGINEER SAFETY DRILLING

Summary of position & responsibilities:
a. Administer and implement Company and procedures and ensure work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and procedures
b. Monitor HSE program implementation and provide HSE Advisory to other Department
c. Check and review drilling documents and procedure from Safety point of view (include but not only limited to drilling HSE documents and procedures)
d. Support and develop a training material
e. Review design documentation as required to ensure designs and operations are consistent with ALARP
f. Provide input to execution plans in HSE related issue
g. Design reviews, HAZID, and arrange HAZOP to other risk assessment methods
h. Develop annual safety program based on risk properties
i. Conduct regular audit and inspection
j. Conduct and analysis using methodology Incident Investigation
k. Prepare and maintain reports and documentation concerning the aspects of the safety program assigned

Qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Occupational Safety, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, Petroleum, Mechanical or other related Engineering major
b. Minimum 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas industry, specifically on HSE area
c. Experience on conducting qualitative & quantitative risk assessment
d. Advance knowledge on using methodology Incident Investigation
e. Familiar with government regulation related to Oil & Gas industry, and local & international standard codes (SNI, NFPA, API, ASME, etc.)
f. Knowledgeable of Process Safety Management System is highly preferred

JR. ENGINEER ENVIRONMENTAL

Summary of position & responsibilities:
a. Evaluates and updates company s oil and chemical spill contingency plan, its equipment and response capability
b. Assess current environmental protection practices implemented off and onshore, including disposal of effluent water, with a view to a possible immediate improvements and future desirable changes
c. Provide guidance and active administration of Environmental program
d. Monitor the quality of environmental protection measures of company s operation to ascertain compliance with the required standards and regulations
e. Develops manual, procedure and standard, which applicable in operation comply with MIGAS, SKSPMIGAS, and KLH requirements, meet ISO 14001 requirements
f. Prepare the training to developing environmental awareness to supervisor and employees
g. Prepare monthly HSE performance and HSE bulletin
h. Develops and maintenance ISO 14001 certification to improve environmental management system and perform PROPER by KLH to define classification rank for environment at al management system in PHE-WMO comply by regulations
i. Conduct environmental inspection and audit in all operation and facilities to make sure the system “in place”
j. Coordinate with MIGAS, SKSPMIGAS and KLH in applying of environmental management system and also in fulfill government regulation in PHE-WMO operation.

Qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental/Chemical Engineering, or other related major
b. Minimum 3 years experience in Environmental handling or engineering preferably in Oil & Gas operation
c. Familiar with AMDAL, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and PROPER

HSE INSPECTOR

a. Assist preparing HSE plan to support operation Department
b. Review all HSE procedure related prior execution by operation Department
c. Assist to conduct and review all HIRADC and Aspect – Impact related with both Field Operation and Jakarta Office and understand ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
d. Conduct in-house HSE training and socialization
e. Conduct HSE Inspection to all facilities and/or equipment that will be used by company or at company work premises
f. Implement and monitor all activities shall be conducted in safely manner
g. Conduct CHSEMS Inspection (WIP, FE) to all high risk contracts
h. Develop safe work culture among employees (especially on the field operation) through developed various activities to get employee s interest in HSE
i. Assist Responsible Party to conduct Accident/Incident investigation
j. Coordination with Operation regarding all HSE related matters

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor Degree in Public Health or Engineering of Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical, or Diploma 4 of Occupational Health & Safety
b. Minimum 5 years experiences in Oil and Gas Operations, with 3 years experiences specifically related to HSE area
c. Familiar with Facilities & Equipment Inspection, Rigging safety (Lifting Operation), Basic Life Support, Fire Fighting, and Incident Investigation

OFFICER OFFICE ASSET AND SUPPLIES

a. Assist the supervisor in inventorying and administer all office facilities assets in Jakarta Office, including warehouse
b. Coordinate with Accounting Department in tagging and checking assets physically in Jakarta Office
c. Assist the supervisor in procuring all request Jakarta Office Facilities, including input & process the request (PR & SE) through SAP
d. Assist the supervisor monitoring regular and project expenses related to Office Facilities budget under WP&B and AFE

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor Degree
b. Minimum 3 years experience in handling asset inventory and supplies
c. Familiar with PTK 007 Book 3
d. Good in filling system and administration
