Treasury Management Associate Program
OCBC NISP is looking for talented and highly motivated individuals to join our Treasury Management Associate (TMA) program. The TMA program is a dedicated and specialized 14-months curriculum to provide young promising individuals a guided head start into a Treasury career.
If you join us as a TMA, you will receive comprehensive technical training, undergo intensive leadership development and be given the opportunity to rotate to various Treasury related roles. You will be tasked with projects and work with management in various stretch assignments. You are also expected to gain in-depth understanding of the Treasury’ Business and establish strong internal and external network.
The TMA program offers the same opportunities to applicants from various backgrounds and industries.
To qualify for the TMA program, you must possess an MBA or Masters Degree from a reputable university. It will be advantageous if you have 1 – 2 years relevant experience. Additionally, you should have demonstrated non-academic achievements and present outstanding personal qualities such as leadership potential, communication skills and strong business sense.
