We are inviting an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced professional to take the role as:

UNIT MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

Reporting to the Corporate Counselor, the Unit Manager-HR & People Development will be accountable for the achievement of work priorities and goals within the area of responsibility.

Together with the existing HR team, the position will play an important role in providing strategic insights on the current HR issues, including designing and implementing the full spectrum of HR activities within the organization and ensuring its continuous improvement. Some of the HR issues covered are Organization Development, Learning & Development, Resourcing, Compensation & Benefit as well as Personnel Administration and Protocol issue.
