We are currently looking for a highly qualified and dynamic professional manpower for the following position:

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Warehousing and Stock Inventory System
• Make Warehousing & Stock Inventory Plan
• Maintain minimum Stock of spareparts and consumable at warehouse
• Manage and control Material Receiving and Issuing at Warehouse
• Keep update stock inventory status to CMMS
• Develop and update item master of Stock Inventory System at CMMS
• Coordination and communication among Maintenance Engineers related with spare parts (recommended, strategic and additional or consumable parts) and tools (special and common / load tools) requirement into CMMS and Warehouse database for budgeting and stocking purpose
• Make, monitor, and review implementation of Warehouse Management Process procedure and instruction.
• Carry out of physical stock check on a regular basis and internal and external audit purpose
• Establish work procedure and include in the reporting system.
• Reporting to Warehouse Engineer for tool replacement inquiry also spare part and consumable replenishment.
• Support call out team in Emergency situation for tool of consumable required.
• Supervise House keeping activities at Warehouse building.
• Supervise Outsourcing Worker.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma (D3) degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
• Having minimum 6 years’ experience for Diploma Degree (D3) or minimum 3 years for bachelor’s degree (S1) working experiences as Warehouse Supervisor at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant.
• Having License OSH Forklift Operator Level II will be preferred.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java
• Willing to join immediately.
