1. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting functions, including monthly closing, preparation and analysis of financial, management reports
  • Manage a team of financial and accounting personnel
  • Ensure compliance with group accounting policy and procedures
  • Support budget preparation & quarterly reviews
  • Liaise with external/internal auditor and tax agent for tax filing
  • Ensure smooth running of the operation of the finance department
  • Support system implementation
  • Review and implementation of internal controls
  • Process improvement
  • Inventory control
  • Oversee the company’s IT functions
  • Oversee Supply Chain Management functions

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical company
  • Managerial and supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
  • Possess a degree/professional qualification in Accounting or relevant fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel and related computer skills
  • Analytical mind and an eye for detail
  • Good team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in English
  • Experience handling IT functions
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management

2. HR & GA MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • You will work full spectrum of HR services aimed at achieving organizational goals.
  • Develop, implement and improve appropriate HR strategies, policies, systems and practices which support high standards and professionalism, and which are aligned both with local employment legislation and with the values of the corporation
  • Manage manpower planning and optimization including KPI’s System based on Competency
  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process
  • Implement compensation/incentive programs and benefit plans which are competitive and effective in motivating and retaining high performers
  • Deploy effective processes for succession planning, performance management and career development which ensures that talent within the organization is fully developed
  • Coordinate and conduct training and career development programs
  • Oversee training and people development programs

Requirements

  • Male / Female in a good health – ages between 30 to 45 years old
  • Degree with graduate qualifications in HR/ Psychology/ Law
  • Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Employment & Industrial law and tax practices
  • 8 years relevant experience in a corporation / manufacturing company organization
  • Good track record as a people developer, KPI’s system, Grading and Organization Structure
  • Hands-on with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Sensitivity to the handling of confidential informal.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

3. PLANT MANAGER

  • Managing total manufacturing operation encompasses such as materials intake, storage, production and dispatch covering multiple production facilities running by shifts per day.
  • Minimum S1 degree in engineering, industrial technology or industrial pharmacy.
  • Possess significant production management experiences with minimum 5 years in senior managerial position in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Ensure all activities in the plant comply with the company’s quality and safety standards within the set budget.
  • Familiar with local pharmaceutical regulatory authority’s requirements.
  • Analytical, independent and able to take initiative.
  • Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill,
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly result-oriented.
  • Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written.

4. TECHNICAL MANAGER

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree Pharmacy
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Factory Manager or Plant Manager in multinational   pharmaceutical manufacturing company
  • Excellent knowledge and competency in manufacturing plant management
  • Excellent knowledge and competency in supply chain management
  • Strong leadership and managerial skill
  • Hands on with GMP and HACCP implementations
  • Familiar with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
  • Excellent English communication skill both spoken and written

5. REGULATORY AFFAIR MANAGER

  • Male or Female, not more than 40 years of age
  • Posses minimum S1 Degree in Pharmacy from reputable University
  • Must have minimum of 5 years experience in similar position from Pharmaceutical Company, preferable from manufacturing
  • Familiar in dealing with government institution related to pharmaceutical business
  • Have a strong leadership in managing a team
  • Understand the total scope Regulatory Affair activities (Pharmacovigillance, QA, etc)
  • Excellent in English both written and oral
  • Computer literate
  • Can work under pressure, Have excellent attitude, self initiated

6. PRODUCT EXECUTIVE

  • Male or female, not more than 35 years of age
  • Posses S1 Degree in any discipline from reputable University
  • Must have minimum of 2 years experience in sales/product management from Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Company.
  • Excellent in English both written and oral
  • Good in communication, negotiation, leadership & presentation skills

7. CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST

  • Male or Female, not more than 40 years of age
  • Posses minimum Diploma Degree in Nursing
  • Must have minimum of 2 years experience as a Nurse in a hospitals
  • Have experience working in sales & marketing scope in a pharmaceutical company will be beneficial
  • Posses entrepreneurship and enthusiasm
  • Can work with a team
  • Interest in teaching and training
  • Excellent in English both written and oral
  • Computer literate
  • Can work under pressure, Have excellent attitude, Self initiated

8. PRODUCT SPECIALISTS (Aceh, Sumut, Sumbar, Sumsel. Bandarlampung, Ja-Bar, Ja-Teng, Ja-tim, Bali, Kalteng, Kaltim, Sulsel, Sulut, Papua)

  • Mature Male or Female, between 25 – 35 years old
  • Posses minimum D3 Degree in any discipline from reputable University
  • Must have minimum of 2 years experiences in sales field in pharmaceutical or medical equipments
  • Good in communication, negotiation, selling & presentation skills
  • Posses own motor cycle and valid driving license
