  • Monitor and control the daily implementation of calibration of instruments.
  • Monitor and control troubleshooting on automation and electrical equipments.
  • Develop preventive and routine maintenance program in managing and maintaining all instrumentation and electrical equipments.
  • Monitor and control the availability of critical spare parts.
  • Monitor the integration process for New Equipment installation.


  • Minimum S1 Degree from Electrical or Instrument Engineering.
  • Having at least 3 years of solid experience in maintaining process control automation and instrumentation.
  • Experienced on execution of project of upgrading or new equipment installation.
  • Good understanding of SAP, Total Productive Management (TPM), ISO 9001 & 14000, HACCP.
  • Proficient in English both oral & written.
  • Familiar in computer applications.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manage the engineering and design, the harmonization and coordination of the various disciplines.
  • Single point responsibility for the execution of company engineering projects during the design phase

  • Prepare technical documentation for RFQ and Technical Bid Evaluation Report for tender

  • S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety with minimum 10 years experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Mining Industry.
  • Strong technical skill of all HSE & Quality Management Aspects and familiar with NFPA, F&E Index, Hazop, HIRA and other safety standards.
  • Familiar with domestic/international law, regulation on safety, health, environmental and quality.
  • Self motivated and highly integrity

Scope of Work:

  • Ensure successful implementation of HSE & Quality Management System
  • Monitor and measures organizational compliance of HSEQ requirements (Government & Company).
  • To develop and maintain a good management information system to support the documentation required by HSEQ function
  • To ensure all crisis and emergency response plant, HSEQ manual and guides are regularly updated.
  • To maintain good relationship with related government and external agencies for mutual experience and information sharing.
  • Develop and conduct training for relevant function within the business organization ensuring that all personnel are oriented and trained appropriately for the area hazardous and procedures.

  • To design and test air conditioning, heating equipment and ventilation form the typical day to day activities of a HVAC design engineer.
  • Involves to conducting test for load and energy consumption, developing project requirements and performing mechanical calculations.

Purpose of the Job:
Responsible and accountable for ensuring that the maintenance and repair work of brewery (production and utility) equipment and integration of new equipment in the new project are implemented on time, within budget and at desired scope & quality.


  • Ensures the execution of planned maintenance implemented according to standard.
  • Ensures the breakdown equipment will be repair as soon as possible within required quality.
  • Ensures the breakdown happen on the utility and production line was analyze to avoid the same problem in the future.
  • Ensures subordinate working in good performance and develop skill and knowledge of sub-ordinate to achieve the required level.
  • Ensures spare part stock was review to maintain the equipment reliability in economically quantity.
  • Ensures the integration of new equipment in the project implemented on time with minimum impact to the production run.

  • Plan and carry out mining work include: excavating, hauling and disposal of coal into the ROM according to the target (manpower, units, facilities, fuel, materials, days / hours of work and safety)

  • Providing day-to-day geological assistance to all mining operations, core logging & geological interpretation and geological modeling.
  • Prepare geological maps, cross-sectional diagrams, charts, and reports concerning mineral extraction using results of field work and laboratory research.
  • Classify of minerals according to their composition and structure.
  • Responsible for the managing of exploration project, implementation and enforcement of related regulations and procedures and evaluation of coal opportunities.
  • Maintenance of an effective geological database for the projects and lead the geological evaluation of possible future acquisitions.
  • Assist planning, implementing of drilling exploration programs, geological interpretation, analysis and correlations.
  • Responsible for coal sampling and coal quality, exploration program and management in open-cut mining, geophysical exploration method, interpretation skills, deposit modeling and evaluation skills.


General Requirement:

  • S1 degree from a reputable university in (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Physics or Architecture Engineer)
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in Design Engineer of Mechanical systems for Industrial Buildings
