Backup & Recover Administrator

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Backup & Recovery
  • Having relevant hands-on experience with Veritas and backup and recovery solution
  • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining backup software and disk and tape storage systems
  • Having knowledge of the SAN and NAS
  • Having relevant hands-on experience in fiber channel and iSCSI SANs. Knowledge with various backup hardware platforms and architecture
  • Having relevant hands-on experience of various platforms such as Windows Server and UNIX
  • Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with disaster recovery processes and techniques
  • Graduated from reputable university with a degree of Information Technology / Computer Science / Technical background
  • English fluency, good presentation skill; good communication; strong leadership, analytical thinking, interpersonal skills; result-oriented attitudes & willingness to learn
  • Willing to be relocated
