Role synopsis    Reporting to the Development & Deployment Team Leader, this role will work half of the time providing support for deployment in Operations/HSE/Engineering, and the other half of the time providing administrative support to SPU learning activities including VTA administration.

Key accountabilities

  1. Provide support for deployment in Operations/HSE/Engineering;
  2. Work directly with Development and Deployment Team Leader and provide administrative support to ensure SPU learning activities are delivered as planned including training calendar maintenance;
  3. Coordinate logistics for training programs including enrollments, course materials, arranging facility, equipment and catering as required;
  4. Create, edit and update learning offers in VTA for E&P Asia Pacific;
  5. Provide assistance to employees for VTA related queries;
  6. Create SPU training reports as required.

Essential criteria & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in administrative support role;
  • Proactive, self-starter, able to work independently and as a team;
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask;
  • Good command of English – oral and written;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications;

Desirable criteria & qualifications

  • Good understanding and possess experience in handling VTA.
