Our client is a German Chemical Company looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, INDONESIA

Reporting to the Director, Asia Pacific Region, you will be responsible for leading HR Functions in Indonesia and be accountable for the success of AP-wide projects and initiatives. You will work with regional HR and business leaders to implement and administer human resources policies and programs, manager and coordinate administration of all required HR processes while complying with regional as well as local government requirements and ensuring effective HR practices within the organization. You will also be required to analyze and prioritize organizational and people related need through talent resourcing and retention, performance management succession planning and competitive reward systems as well as other initiatives, coordinating and driving staffing and right sizing processes throughout the region.

You should hold a professional qualification in Human Resources Management with at least 5-7 years managerial experience in human resources function as well as experience in supporting sales, supply chain and production set up
