Call Centre Officer (CCO)
Handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customer This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader.

  • University (S1) graduate from any major
  • Enthusiastic in learning new things hard working and willing to work with shift system
  • Highly motivated and good communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Computer literacy (Words. Excel)
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Team focused with a flexible attitude
  • Based in Jakarta

MIS Officer (MIS)
Reports to Service
Handles call centre system and data analysis for management decision making. This position Improvement Supervisor

  • University (S1) graduate majoring in Information System, Information Technology or Statistics
  • Very well versed in Microsoft Office (especially Excel dan Access), HTML, PH P and other statistical programming
  • Enthusiastic in learning new things and hard working
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
