In gearing up for long-term business expansion, we seek talented, motivated and competent individuals to join our Team as CONSULTANT in this following position
(Based in Singapore on yearly renewable contract)
- Conduct process consulting on “as is” and “should be” maps
- Identify key process performance indicators and service standards
- Conduct analysis on customer segments, gaps and root causes.
- Conduct process blue printing workshops
- Establish& conduct focus group interviews, and submit findings / recommendations to clients.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Male / Female, Age minimum 30 years old
- Minimum S1 degree, preferably S2 from reputable university
- Minimum have 5 years experience in consulting firm
- Able to work well independently or with teamwork, with a strong CAN DO attitude
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good presentation skill
- Must be willing to be based in Singapore and may conduct assignments in weekends
