Supply Chain Manager

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and joining the senior management team and the regional supply chain team, the Supply Chain Manager will strengthen the supply chain of our rapidly growing business. The Supply Chain Manager should be used to working in art international environment and not be afraid to challenge existing practices or to make necessary changes in order to improve the processes of the supply chain organization. Occasional local and international travel will be required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for the supply chain including people, processes, assets, and inventory management
  • Manages and develops the planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams
  • Drives the Demand, Pipeline, and Supply planning process in close collaboration with the sales teams
  • Oversees the Procurement, Importation, and Customer Service process
  • Manages the Inbound and Outbound Logistics and the Warehousing process
  • Collaborates with the regional supply chain team and executes regional supply chain projects locally
  • Envisions, plans, and drives multiple supply chain development projects simultaneously
  • Develops systems and procedures to track and improve key performance indicators


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or any course related to Supply Chain Management & Logistics
  • At least 5 years of working experience in fields related to Supply Chain & Logistics, understands integrated supply chain and logistics concepts
  • Knowledge in planning & forecasting systems, ERP/MRP, CRM
  • Hands-on experience in ISO systems and certification & surveillance procedures
  • Sound analytical ability and ability to facilitate change
  • Strong project management and people management skills
  • Proactive, energetic, results oriented, and mature
  • Fluent in oral and written English in addition to Bahasa
  • At least 35 years old
