With continued growth we are seeking additional resources that will be based in Satui, South Kalimantan as Senior Mining Supervisor.
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent you will involve coordinating all supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter-burden in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated area. To communicate openly and honestly at all times. Communicate daily with maintenance, engineering, survey, environmental and port to optimize the implementation of plans. Do a pre-shift inspection of the mining and dumping areas. Minimize coal losses and dilution. Ensure ROM area is maintained with good drainage and minimize contamination during loading. Ensure all personnel are delivered to their workplace on time. Prepared daily production figures. Achieve daily targets. Develop standard and procedure of work. Ensure OB and top soil is not mixed for their area. Maintain good coordination with other shift. Lead the crew team, to meet with shift supervisor to discuss previous shift and to plant next shift and develop employees. Ensure daily time sheets are recorded and allocated cost code is correct.
Applicants should have a minimum Senior High School is preferred with minimum of 5 years professional experiences as Mining Supervisor in large open cut mining operation; Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; Strong Leadership skill; mining heavy industry experience is essential, have ability in employee’s supervision, resource planning, and OHS&E supervision; be able to operate computer and good communication skills in English.
