A Four Stars hotel chain property, located in the center district of Palembang, is seeking high motivated, talented and qualified candidate, excellent interpersonal and a team player persons, to join the company as:

Sous Chef & Cook Western Food

Responsibilities:
* Mastering of making all western type of sauces and cooking method.
* Knowledgeable of all type of vegetables, meat and sausages, cheese, for the ingredients of western food.
* Responsible for the efficient and effective running on the kitchen related to the kitchen and stewarding in order to achieve the objectives set by the management within the guidelines, polices and procedures (Sous Chef).
* Establishes and maintains professionally efficient and effective communication channels within the Food & Beverage and supporting departments.
* Implements policies and procedures under the guidance of Executive Chef and General Manager
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience/qualification, knowledge of Western Food.
* And be required to manage, train and organize other staff members in the kitchen (Sous Chef)

Requirements:
* Working experience in the field of recreation and service industry.
* Prior working abroad experience is preferable.
* Good personality & communication skills. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
