U.S. Embassy, Jakarta has a vacancy for a Voucher Examiner, FSN-7*, FSN-5/2011 (Rp. 91,768,705 p.a. full performance starting salary) in the Financial Management Center (FMC). The incumbent serves as Embassy Jakarta’s Voucher Examiner. Responsibilities include, reviewing, examining, and auditing vouchers and other miscellaneous claims for payments; assures that the claims submitted are in settlement of legitimate obligations incurred in compliance with established regulations.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or closely related fields is required.
- At least 2 (two) years of progressively responsible experience in voucher examining, accounting, or closely related field as well as experience in using automated accounting software.
- Level III (good working knowledge) in speaking/reading/writing English and Fluency Bahasa Indonesia are required.
- Must have the capability to organize and prioritize work schedules.
