Geologic Engineer

• Required age: max 50 years old.
• Education – Higher with specialization in “geologic engineer”
• General professional experience in “geologic engineer”, survey for design and construction of linear and site facilities- not less than 10 years
• Experience on field- not less than 5 years
• Knowledge of organization and technique of conducting field and office studies, lab analysis of soil and water, report preparation
• English language proficiency: for Russian specialists: technical language -fluently, general language- upper intermediate; for Indonesian specialists ­fluently
• Knowledge of ASTM, DIN, UIC, Rostest standards
• Proficiency in the following professional IT tools: AUTOCAD, Civil 30, ArcGIS, specialized professional software for modeling geological surface and conditions- professional user
• Knowledge in general IT: MS- advanced user
• Skills in PMI methodology of project management, knowledge of PMBOK fundamentals
• Readiness and capability to participate in on-site work/project location with time schedule 50/50.
• Experience in supervision and control of completeness, technology and quality of the field works and laboratory engineer survey.
• Work location: Republic of Indonesia (Jakarta, Balikpapan, within the province of East Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan)
• Physical fitness and health: ability to perform the duties under the conditions of the host country, absence of allergic reactions to tropical plants and environmental conditions
• Organizational skills, ability to conduct professional discussions and negotiations with a reasoned defense of the employers interests
• Communication skills, breadth of professional and general vision
• Willingness and desire to improve the level of professionalism and to master new knowledge, adequate professional and career ambitions
