General pre-requisite – Minimum university degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Economics, HRM, Psychology, Engineering and Law from reputable overseas, or local universities, with minimum GPA of 3.00 or Credit/ Distinction grades. For Senior Staff level a minimum of three (3) years experience, for Manager Level a minimum of five (5) years experience and for Senior Manager Level a minimum of eight (8) years experience.
A high degree of competence in both spoken and written English is mandatory. Qualified candidates should have strong analytical skills and a capacity for critical thinking, proven experience in developing reports, leading projects and managing teams. Another key quality is the ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times. Candidates should also have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
Manager to Senior Manager – Performance Improvement Consultant (Code: PIC) He or she must have extensive knowledge and experience in assessing finance process efficiency, reviewing the finance operation and performing assessments to evaluate whether efficiencies are Being implemented as designed.
Manager to Senior Manager – Supply Chain & Operations (Code: SCO) He or she must have extensive knowledge and experience in assessing supply chain process efficiency, designing the most efficient and effective business processes, and performing assessments to evaluate whether efficiencies are being implemented as designed.
Manager to Senior Manager – Project Management Office (Code: PMO) He or she must have extensive knowledge and experience in the strategic and operational aspects of a project management office (PMO), as well as possessing strong analytical capability and project management skills. An IT Implementation background as well as SAP experience is desirable
Manager to Senior Manager – Internal Audit Consultant (Code: IAC) He or she must have extensive knowledge and experience in audit principles and methodologies, diagnostic review and advising on internal audit functions.
Manager – Good Corporate Governance Consultant (Code: GCG)
He or she must have extensive knowledge and experience in corporate governance strategies, frame works and leading practices.
Manager – Merger & Acquisition Advisory, Services (Code: MAA)
He or she must have extensive experience in the financial services and capital market sector, such as corporate finance advisory, corporate banking, investment bank and securities brokerage and private equity firms. Professional qualifications such as CFA, FIRM, ASIA, CPA, CA or CMA, will be advantageous.
Senior Staff – Transaction Support Consultant (Code: TRC)
He or she must possess experience as a junior auditor or research analyst, with completion of CFA level 1 or 2 examinations being highly regarded. Experience in Big-4 Firms, corporate finance advisory, and/or the financial services industry is desirable.
Senior Staff – Business Advisory and Formalities (Code: BAF)
He or she must have extensive knowledge in prevailing laws and regulations relevant to foreign investments in Indonesia. Experience in incorporating, merger, acquisition and liquidation of companies and registering foreign companies would be an advantage. Having good network and relationship with various Governments Departments, able to handle expatriate formalities and familiar with the Immigration compliance is desirable.
Senior Staff to Manager – Tax Consultant (Code: TAC)
He or she must have a background in Accounting with strong knowledge of taxation and experience in a similar role with a reputable tax consulting firm or in tax – related position in an industrial / commercial enterprise. Possession of Brevet C and / or a tax court license will be advantageous.
Senior Staff – Transfer Pricing Consultant (Code: TPC)
He or she must have strong knowledge of transfer pricing concepts combined with financial proficiency in business applications. Experience in a similar role with a reputable tax consulting firm would be an advantage.
Senior Staff – IT Assurance & Advisory (Code: ITRA)
He or she must have extensive knowledge and experience of Information Technology processes and controls or IT Architecture designs or IT Strategic alignment, governance and operations, or Information Security and ERP. Having professional certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, CEH, OSCP, or the like, is preferable.
