Position:

1. E & I Inspector

  • Minimum ten (10) years experience in inspection of E&I works on major onshore construction projects out of which at least 3 years experience as senior QC E&I inspector
  • Experienced in witnessing SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) of Electrical & Instrument control systems
  • Exposure to DCS instrumentation works and commissioning of the same
  • Experienced in conducting field QA audits on E&I works
  • Thorough knowledge on International standards on E&I like IEC etc.
  • Knowledge on applicable Indonesian MIGAS regulations for E&I works is preferred
  • Well versed in safe work practices
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languages
  • Computer literate with experience in using MS Office suite for preparing reports and maintaining data base

2. Contracts Specialist

  • 5 years experience in the field of procurement.
  • It has a high expertise in contracting.
  • Experienced in the construction, maintenance, drilling or production contracting services.
  • Having the knowledge and application details on the requirements or needs of Exxon Mobil.
  • Having strong expertise / high in the analysis, negotiation communication.
  • Experienced in upstream activities are preferred.

3. Marine Engineer Specialist – FSO

  • Working knowledge of:
    • Ship, FSO/FPSO marine systems design and operation principles, theories, and concepts.
    • Applicable codes, standards and trade practices
    • ExxonMobil practices, processes, and expectations with respect to FSO marine systems engineering
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent (e.g. HNC during Marine Engineering work experience). Alternatively BSc in Mechanical Engineering with 15 years experience in marine operations.
  • Licensed Marine Engineer (3rd Engineer level International or 2nd Engineer level American).
  • Minimum 7 years of marine engineering operational experience at higher than 3rd Engineer/2nd Engineer levels as defined above
  • Previous marine systems engineering design experience.
  • Oil and gas industry experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in total in marine engineering field.
  • Must be able and willing to:
    • Work overseas
    • Work with others outside his group to ensure that work results are technically compatible
    • Work independently with minimum supervision
    • Work as an integrated part of a Project team in an assurance role
    • Establish strong contact with other advisors for consultation on interfaces (Naval Architect, Operations)
    • Review and comment on contractor’s procedures and method statements for safety and constructability issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with project management, contractors, and sub contractors

4. Commissioning Lead – Offshore

  • A minimum of 15 years relevant work experience in Engineering, Construction or Commissioning of oil and gas project facilities or related industries and/or operations of oil and gas facilities, upstream and/or downstream, including a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Systems Completion/Commissioning Lead in a similar size and complexity project
  • Working knowledge of ExxonMobil practices, processes, and expectations with respect to mechanical equipment, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control systems completions and commissioning
  • Direct “hands on” experience in project commissioning activities of similar size and complexity
  • Experienced in working in an H2S environment
  • Offshore work experience in an FPSO/FSO development project is desirable, but not required.
  • Overseas experience desirable, but not required.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with project personnel
  • Good communication skills and good facilitator with the ability to build consensus in areas of contention while enhancing work relationships
  • Ability to work in harsh environments and in stressful situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other related soft-wares
  • Demonstrated willingness to relocate to engineering office site, shipyard site and other sites as required for the Banyu Urip offshore projects completion/commissioning.

5. Machinery Engineer

  • Broad and extensive knowledge of
    • FSO conversion, fabrication and construction standards, specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria.
    • FSO structural design, construction and operation
    • Fabrication and construction administration
    • ExxonMobil practices, processes and expectations with respect to fabrication and construction.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or construction technology discipline
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to field labor.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, heavy workloads and frequent changes in priorities.
  • Strong organizational, management, supervisory and technical skills.
  • Minimum of fifteen (10) years broad experience in all project phases, i.e. engineering, procurement and construction,
  • Minimum of five (5) years as a Construction Manager or superintendent.
  • Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of onshore facilities.

6. Site Project Assurance Coordinator

  • Working knowledge of:
    • Quality Management systems and processes
    • International Quality Standards and codes
    • Auditing of Quality Systems
    • Procurement and expediting practices
    • Engineering and design verification processes
    • Development of Quality Plans
    • Process systems and fabrication/installation/hook-up and commissioning
    • Documentation management systems
    • Specifications, standards and engineering drawings.
  • College/University degree and/or technical diploma
  • 5-10 years Quality Assurance and Quality control experience.
  • Working understanding of project execution, engineering, construction and completion practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, project applications, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage quality teams, work in a project environment, and be a team player
  • Demonstrate acceptable interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to work in stressful situations and during atypical and/or extended work hours.
  • Read, write and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Worldwide experience with contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of off-shore facilities, and/or FSOs, as appropriate.
  • Experience with facilitating efforts to resolve interface issues and coordinate multiparty QA objectives
  • High level of construction knowledge, skill and experience
  • Communication, strategy/planning skills

7. Diving Lead

  • 10 years minimum offshore construction barge/diving vessel experience related to project scope (ie diving related to structural and pipeline projects). International experience preferred
  • 5 years minimum experience as offshore construction diving supervisor/superintendent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and common E-mail systems
  • Fluent English
  • Valid Sea Survival, HUET, Basic Fire Fighting training
  • Medical Fitness for duty Certificate
  • Must comply with EMDC’s Malaria Prevention Program (if working in Malaria designated areas)

8. Technical Foreman Vessel Night Shift

  • Minimum High School education or Trade School equivalent; relevant degree preferred
  • 5-7 years relevant Construction experience
  • Support and provide input to early project planning and execution coordination efforts
  • Support construction-related activities during project planning and execution phases
  • Maintain/build competency in specific area of Construction related to execution planning and procedures
  • Serve as an expert resource to various site teams during Construction Readiness Reviews (CRRs)/inspections
  • Participate/support discrete tasks to improve Construction systems and tools

9. Start-Up Specialist Mechanical

  • A minimum of 15 years relevant work experience in oil and gas facilities development and/or operations/ maintenance including a minimum of 5 years work experience in the Mechanical discipline.
  • Direct “hands on” experience in plant/facility start-up of similar size and complexity project.
  • Knowledge and experience with ExxonMobil’s Systems Completion Model, global practices and specifications; Working knowledge of project completion and commissioning practices.
  • Excellent working knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping detail, civil works, and broad-knowledge of site specific mechanical systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of plant processes combined with good trouble-shooting skills.
  • Requires patience and fortitude while coaching and mentoring others.
  • Practical experience in an H2S environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with project personnel.
  • Ability to work in harsh environments and in stressful situations.
  • Offshore working experience is required, preferably in an FPSO/FSO development project
  • Overseas experience desirable, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other related software.

10. Start-Up Specialist E & I

  • A minimum of 15 years relevant work experience in oil and gas facilities development and/or operations/ maintenance including a minimum of 5 years work experience in the E&I disciplines.
  • Direct “hands on” experience in plant/facility start-up of similar size and complexity project.
  • Knowledge and experience with ExxonMobil’s Systems Completion Model, global practices and specifications; Working knowledge of project completion and commissioning practices.
  • Excellent working knowledge of site specific electrical and instrumentation processes and systems, DCS design and functionality, and ESD and PSD systems.
  • Strong knowledge in developing and using loop drawings/one line diagrams/P&ID/cause and effect diagrams.
  • Working experience with process electronics/PLC/DCS, pneumatic, turbine controls, and voice and data communication systems.
  • Good knowledge in low and high voltage electrical applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of plant processes combined with good trouble-shooting skills.
  • Requires patience and fortitude while coaching and mentoring others.
  • Practical experience in an H2S environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with project personnel.
  • Ability to work in harsh environments and in stressful situations.
  • Overseas experience desirable, but not required.
