1. Marketing Communication Division Head (Code: MCDH-K)
Responsible for the formulation, planning, and monitoring the implementation of corporate strategy in the form of the following master plan work objectives into all levels under the Marketing Communications Division: Communication Product, Consumer Activation. Consumer Center and Local Communication Center.
Qualification: S2 Strategic Management, min 10 years exp in relevant position

2. SOP & Business Process Manager (Code: SBPM – K)
To review and develop the SOP (standard operating procedures) and business process within the Company with improvement to supervise the staff in the preparation of the SOP and business process in daily work. To communicate with the BPO (business process owner) regarding the SOP and business process being developed or improved. To assist the Department Head in communicating the proposed SOP and business process to Top Management for approval and implementation.
Qualification: S1 Accounting/Management, min 5 years exp in relevant position

3. Product Development Manager (Code: PDM – K)
Responsible for architectural design process for specific projects which are handled by the Engineering & Planning, as weft as, produce all architectural design aspects of well coordinated with ME and Structure.
Qualification: S1 Architecture, minimum 5 years exp in relevant position

4. Standard Cost & Specification Manager (Code: SCSM – K)
Responsible for Cost Standard functions include the evaluation of construction costs and database work and materials, for building housing, commercial and infrastructure. Monitor and evaluate vendors list, search and update specification alternatives, either for building housing, commercial & infrastructure with long-term planning towards Green specification.
Qualification: S1 Civil Engineer, min 5 years exp in relevant position

5. Marketing Office Building (Code: MOB – K)
Responsible for monitoring and coordination of tenant activities/problems. Responsible for the occupancy rate achievement, revenue and tenancy mix that has been established in the annual budget plan of the Company.
Qualification: S1 All Discipline, min 2 years exp in relevant position
