Tetra Tech (www.tetratech.com) is seeking qualified candidates for Project Management & Technical Support Staff for the Millennium Challenge Account – Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) Program Management Consultant Services (PMC). The PMC will oversee four interrelated activities associated with the Green Prosperity (GP) project including: participatory land use planning; technical assistance for investments in renewable energy, agriculture and forestry projects; management of the GP grants/loan facility and capacity building. These positions will be for 4 years, based in Jakarta and require travel within Indonesia.
Project Risk Management Specialist – project-level regulatory, environmental and social risk management and due diligence on project sponsors.
Project Development Specialist – screening project proposals proposed by private sector, community groups, and non-governmental organizations at provincial/district level.
Quality Control and Assurance (QCA) Specialist – developing and setting up QCA systems for economic development and infrastructure programs and projects.
Environmental Safeguard Specialist – compliance with the applicable Government of Indonesia and International Development Bank social and environmental safeguard requirements.
Health and Safety Specialist – health and safety of workers and community members associated, or potentially associated, with renewable energy, agriculture and forestry projects.
Social/Gender Specialist – analysis of social and gender inequalities at the household and community levels and impacts of and benefits to women and potentially marginalized groups.
Qualified candidates must have University degree in related field, Masters preferred; at least 6 years working with development programs in agriculture, forestry and renewable energy; proven team player capable of working with a team of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural specialists; strong communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate numerous activities and programmatic objectives; excellent written and oral communication skills in English required; and Bahasa Indonesian fluency desired.
