SECTION HEAD OF TAX DEPARTMENT

Job Descriptions

• To prepare, compile, and review all taxes report & tax planning, include Corporation income
• Handle all taxes problem, and become tax advisor. Also solve disputes with third parties for withholding taxes.
• Responsible for meeting all required deadlines. Ensures timely and accurate filling of tax returns. include all withholding taxes(art 22,23, 26, and art 4 (2)).
• Maintains current knowledge of all taxes and customs laws & regulations affecting the company. including withholding taxes (art. 22,23,2, and art 4 (2))
• Manage the development. implementation, and / or maintenance of one or more accounting systems: journal entries, general ledgers. I accordance with GAAP policies, and procedures.
• Recommends ways to minimize corporate taxes through use of tax law and regulation. May administer international tax laws and regulations.
• Participates in annual audits and special projects. May work with external consultants or auditors to provide required information, and ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors Degree ( Banking Tax). Master Degree is Preferable.
• Preferably graduates from STAN (Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara)
• Male/Female 30-45 years old.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing In Taxation
